Help Center – JoSAA/CSAB-2024 Workflow

• Help Center (HC) is arranged in Computing Lab of Old Computer Centre Building
• HC will start functioning from June 10, 2024, till the closing of the JoSAA/CSAB-2024 seat allotment process
• HC role is to help and guide the candidates and their parents/guardians about the seat allocation and verification/query resolution process, even on the non-reporting days.
• Candidates/parents/guardian may approach HC for needful related to registration, filling-in of choices, document uploading, verification, etc., or other information related to B.Tech admission
• On arrival of candidate in HC during 10:00 - 17:00 timings, a designated staff member (Mr. Bandonlang Wahlang- +91 9402102418) shall contact over phone to the following faculty members in order for needful in the help center

• The faculty member shall visit the help center i.e. Computing Lab of Old Computer Centre Building to extend support to the candidate//parents/guardian

• Further, any updates during admission process shall inform time to time.
